This is a program designed to provide leadership skills and competencies to teachers serving in leadership positions. Many times teachers are asked to lead other educators through a program or process. Quite often they have not had the opportunity to develop and refine their leadership skills. FSL gives them that opportunity. This program also provides foundations in leadership that can assist in the transition to administrative positions.
